Return Policy
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- ✅ Returned within 30 days of delivery
- ✅ Item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- ✅ Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) included
- ✅ Return approved by our support team before sending back
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked)
- Hygiene-sensitive products where the seal has been broken
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kaiirova.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you — including return shipping for defective items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- You will be notified by email of the outcome
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/incorrect items)
Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items: KaiiRova covers return shipping
- For change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Always contact us first at support@kaiirova.com before sending anything back — we may be able to offer a faster solution like a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or fulfillment begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Please email us immediately at support@kaiirova.com if you need to cancel.
