How long will it take to get my order? We work hard to get your pet gear to you as fast as possible! Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

• USA: 7–12 business days (Select items ship in 2–5 days)

• International: 10–15 business days Delivery timelines can vary slightly depending on your local postal service and customs.

Where do you ship from? To ensure we provide the most unique pet accessories at the best prices, we ship from our specialized fulfillment centers located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. If you order multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages so we can get them to you the moment they are ready.

How much does shipping cost? We like to keep things simple: Shipping is 100% Free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We’ve handled the logistics so you can focus on spoiling your furry friends.

Will I get a tracking number? Absolutely! As soon as your order heads out the door, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

What if my package is delayed? While most orders arrive right on time, occasionally "life happens" (weather, holidays, etc.). If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please reach out to us at kaiirova.shopify@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
